Food Tech

Today at tech we made Quiche. I worked with Jorja and she made the pastry with flour, butter and water. I mixed the egg and cream together and chopped the bacon and onion. When the pastry was made we rolled it out and put it in the foil tin. Then we added our bacon and onion and poured the mixed egg and cream over the top. We then sprinkled half a cup of cheese on top. Then they went to the oven.  I can now make this at home with my family.
